Dispatchers have the availability to take shuttles out of service if deemed unsafe to operate.Inspect and sign off on driver’s shuttles at the beginning and end of shift for damage, such as dents, scratches, broken lights, windows etc.Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to schedule work time, taking rests breaks, meal breaks and accurately recording time according to payroll guidelines.While on the job, wear the designated uniform. Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance.Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.Record and pass on any information needed to the oncoming shift.Complete the end of day paperwork and email reports as required.Review all information passed down from the previous shift.Safely operate guest’s vehicles as needed.Monitor the parking areas and Dispatch shuttles as needed to accommodate guests.Monitor the perimeter of the parking facility at the beginning and the end of each shift.Promptly answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls as needed.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, as additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
